FOOD TIPS

       FOOD is good for the body but more precise, good food is good for the body.

   To attain a healthy meal, we do all necessary to keep off  impurities in our meals and sometimes these impurities are introduced by decomposition of the meal itself even after being healthily prepared, making it sour before another time for eating. Now I want to introduce you to something

   Most student have issues trying to enjoy their rice as good as it was when first cooked due to the presence of mucous. Even if you warm it with microwave or a cooking pot those mucous won't leave and your rice wouldn't taste good as new. 

        Now try this: get a filter, enough water, and a bowl, put the rice in the bowl,  add water, rinse carefully till the water changes and gets mixed with the mucus, now, use your filter to remove the water. Do it several times till it's mucous free. 
        You can now warm and enjoy your rice like first cooking

If you do experience stomach upset anytime you prepare beans try perboiling the beans and throwing off the first water,before continuing cooking. 
We know how much weevils are attracted to beans, and to ensure proper preservation farmers are forced to use any protective means available and these end up reacting with our body system if not properly washed off the bean seeds
