I have read a lot of post about body building and practiced it myself, all i could say is
that, it's a gradual process, you don't get the tune up overnight.
Body building irrespective of the gender, requires two practical faces
Nutrition and
Exercise
When you eat the right food and do the right exercise you get tuned up.
NUTRITION
eat vegetables, fruits and schedule your timetable, so you only eat when you are hungry.
EXERCISE
SIT UP: builds the stomach and abdomen
WEIGHT LIFT, PUSH UP AND PULL UPS: builds the triceps, biceps and the chest.
Be careful and slow, your body builds up gradually not in a rush.
