THE GIVING HAND

My big daddy shared a story with me about a man. He said,
all this man new was "take"  he never gave, then one day he fell into a well around the neighborhood, all people did, was stare at him because no one could help him, due to the depth.
Soon, a huge man came by, capable of helping him and he said "give me your hand", the man refused. And everyone was surprised. All persuading was to no avail, the man stood his ground. Seconds, minutes, hours went by, till his wife returned from the market. When she saw the scenario, she burst into tears and shouted, "Tell him to Take your hand, he doesn't give out anything! ".
Now, the huge man said, "take my hand" and he immediately stretched his hand to receive his hand. And so, he was pulled out of the well.
Thanks to his wife, he would had died. My motive of posting about THE GIVING HAND is to encourage benevolence, no matter how little you have. There is someone around irrespective of the religion, believe, race, age, gender, class who needs your help somehow. Last time I checked recycling is a circular process. Things don't stuck on a place and pie up. When you let out, you let in!
