Orival Pessini, the creator of Fofão dies at 72

He kicked the bucket from the get-go Friday, 14, Orival Pessini, maker of characters like Fofão and Patropi.The actor, 72, was battling a growth in the liver and spleen. He had been hospitalized since Monday 11 at Hospital São Luiz, in the Morumbi neighborhood, in São Paulo. The news was affirmed by Alvaro Gomes, comic of the business visionary. The burial service will happen at Gethsemani Cemetery. Pessini was separated and leaves a child and three granddaughters.
